What to Expect

Welcome to the immersive art workshop Reconnect With Your Womb Through Painting

Led by artist Theodora Price who utilises her meditation teacher training and passion for instinctive art to help you create something that feels like a representation of how you feel in your womb.

Join us for this creative journey, lean into more body acceptance around the womb in this beautiful, creative gathering for women.

“I believe everyone has an inner artist waiting to be unleashed, so please don’t worry about your art ‘level’ and experience.

Equally, more established painters can learn something new by tuning directly into the womb in a group session. This can be so nourishing and give you a new take on the kind of painting you want to do.

Painting colour and shape can help you to come to a more visceral, body led understanding.”

PLEASE WEAR CLOTHES YOU DON’T MIND GETTING PAINT ON, OR CONTACT THEODORA IF YOU NEED A SHIRT.

Please note this is on the first floor of Phoenix Cultural Centre and accessed by stairs. There is no working lift.

Please wear suitable clothing for a painting experience.
